Ingredients
- 16 ounces Silken Tofu
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chinese Sesame Sauce
- 1 Scallions
- 2 tsp Sesame Seed
Method
- 1Prepare the tofu:
- 2Drain the tofu and gently remove it from its packaging onto a large plate. Carefully slice the tofu into 1/2-inch slabs widthwise. With the palm of your hands, gently push the sliced tofu sidewise so that they fan out over the plate.
- 3Garnish with toppings and serve:
- 4Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame sauce on top. Then garnish it with scallions and sesame seeds, and serve.
- 5Tightly cover leftovers and refrigerate for up to 2 days. You can enjoy it cold straight out of the fridge or you can reheat it by microwaving in 30-second increments until warmed through
Tips for GLP-1 appetites
- A reasonable everyday option — nothing here should be hard on a GLP-1 stomach.
- Plant protein digests more slowly than meat for some people — eat slowly and stop when satisfied.
- At 11.3g of protein a serving, pair it with a protein-forward side if you're short of your daily target.
