Savory Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Cottage cheese has spent two years being blended into sweet things, which rather misses what it is good at. Savory, with a jammy egg, tomatoes and plenty of black pepper, it makes a breakfast with 26g of protein and almost no cooking.
One meal won't hit a daily target on its own — here's how much protein you actually need on a GLP-1.

Tips for GLP-1 appetites
- Seven minutes is the number for a jammy yolk. Eight gives you a pale firm one.
- 26g of protein before 9am, which is the hardest meal of the day to get protein into on GLP-1 medication.
- Everything is assembly except the eggs, and those can be boiled the night before.
