Overnight Oats Protein Bowl

Made the night before for the mornings when appetite has not arrived yet and cooking is out of the question. The Greek yogurt and protein powder take it to 28g, which plain oats and milk never get close to.

Tips for GLP-1 appetites
- Mix the protein powder in with the yogurt before the oats go in, or it clumps and never fully disperses.
- Keeps three days, so a single bowl of mixing covers most of the working week.
- Having breakfast already made removes the decision on a morning when you do not feel like eating.
