No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites (8g Protein Each)

Ingredients

  • 120g (½ cup) natural peanut butter
  • 60g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
  • 80g (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or water, as needed
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. 1Mix the peanut butter, protein powder, oats and honey in a bowl until crumbly.
  2. 2Add the milk a tablespoon at a time until the mixture just holds together when pressed.
  3. 3Roll into 12 small balls.
  4. 4Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
