Ingredients
- 120g (½ cup) natural peanut butter
- 60g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
- 80g (1 cup) rolled oats
- 2–3 tbsp milk or water, as needed
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Method
- 1Mix the peanut butter, protein powder, oats and honey in a bowl until crumbly.
- 2Add the milk a tablespoon at a time until the mixture just holds together when pressed.
- 3Roll into 12 small balls.
- 4Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
