  • 200g (¾ cup) cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or dill
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks, to serve

Method
